Our Gifts of Hope Program runs annually between October through to December. We look forward to launching the 2026 appeal in October.

The holiday season is a time of warmth, compassion, and the joy of giving, and at Hope For Our Children, our annual "Gifts of Hope Appeal" embodies the true spirit of Christmas.

This heartwarming initiative is all about collecting and distributing thoughtful gifts to the children in our local community who may be facing challenges.

There are TWO SIMPLE WAYS

PLEASE NO SHARPS, OR AEROSOLS. PLEASE ONLY PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM STORES THAT DO NOT SELL ALCOHOL OR TOBACCO PRODUCTS.

Since we often don't know about each child's individual interests – whether they're sporty, love make-up, enjoy craft activities, or prefer reading – consider purchasing multiple smaller items to the value of $30. This way, there's a better chance of including something they'll truly love!

Teens can be particularly hard to buy for, so here are some suggestions.

Teen Boys - wireless earplugs, sports ball, brand name cap, Rubik's cube, brand name socks, cologne, wallet, LED lights, brand name water bottle, remote control toys, and Uno No Mercy.

Teen Girls - wireless earplugs, body spray, crossbody bag, craft kit, lip gloss, nail polish, Hismile toothpaste, uno flip, sports ball.
